The Wildbrook Group was formed in May of 2008 as a parent organization with executive jurisdiction and operational control over several related media, philanthropic and public service initiatives and enterprises, operating under separate banners throughout Maine. The Wildbrook Group currently oversees eight separate, unique, stand-alone organizations, and provides executive-level support for each venture:

The Wildbrook Group is governed by a Board of Supervisors, made up of individuals with specific relevant experience related to one or more Wildbrook ventures, or past direct involvement with a Wildbrook sponsored program. Supervisors are appointed by the Executive Director, serving to advise the organizational management regarding the Group's several ventures, and to consent to major changes within the structure of the Group. Wildbrook Supervisors are directly involved with the internal operations of many of the Group's activities and projects.
